Poor sick guinea

Hello everyone! I have an adult male guinea that's acting listless. His feathers are still smooth and his wings are not hanging down but he's not eating. He keeps opening his mouth and moving his head around like he has something in his throat.
I've already treated him with wazine and safeguard and still no change. Could he have an impacted crop? He's done this before and came out of it. Does anyone know what this could be?
The safeguard would have covered any gape worms and it didn't make a difference.
