Poor Silkie beat up by hens

My poor Silkie Boy was beat up by my hens yesterday. They picked out almost if not half of his head feathers. I have him separated now, but he cant stay that way definetly. Do I have to rehome him?

I am so mad at those girls!!!!

Poor boy- I hope silkie owners will post to you, I'm just guessing that he would have to remain separated, and if you can restructure for his comfort then well and good. I think my hens would gang up on a singleton, too.
