chick was lethargic when I opened the box to let the chicks in the run this morning, tried to eat but didn't really. I've tried some sugar water but hasn't responded. Seems to be bloated despite any food. Would love some feedback please!

Possible sour crop? I just went through this with one of my roosters. Can you try massagine the crop and see if that helps? You can also add a little bit of olive oil or canola oil per my vet to help loosen things up.
