Hi, one of my rescue chickens is being mash with water fed by us four times a day (about 125 gr total) as she refused to eat and was going downhill fast. In the mash we put vitamin powder and in her water electrolytes and a probiotic. She is now holding her own more but has short bouts of resting and closing her eyes during the day and looking lethargic. Her wattle and comb have always been pink since we got her two weeks ago and still are. The vet checked her crop, her vent and her mouth and found nothing.
When she has been fed by us she lately has been pecking grit and crushed eggshells for ages afterwards even though we do add some already to her food.
She ate for the first two days we got her but then was really picked on by my other three rescues and had to be separated and this is when she started to look more poorly.
Should I worm her? Might she have internal parasites?
she’s a sweet natured girl and likes to be talked to. ā¤ļø
Sorry for the copious amounts of info but I just want her to get better and I’m running out of ideas now.
thanks in advance xx

Can you post pictures of her poo? And of her? I would offer her sweetened water to kick her appetite in gear. Also, try to feed some grubs/pellets directly into her beak so she doesn't continue to lose weight.
