Poorly Chicken - Sore Vent?

Hello, my little bantum seems out of sorts. Yesterday she didn't want to eat ,stood quite still & her eyes kept closing & I noticed she kept turning to look at her bottom area, her vent was red & sore looking just around the opening and there was runny poo all around it & crusty bits! (She has also had a few runny poos today)
I wasn't sure what to do ,but in hope it made her feel better I gave her a warm epsom bath, she seemed to like it, and perked up a little. Today I repeated the bath twice and her vent is possibly not as red and sore, but that might be me just hoping what I am doing is helping?!
I made her some layers mash this morning with water & ACV & she ate a lot of it. But she still stands still & it's like she is in pain & wincing .
Any advice would be great and muchly appreciated

Is the poop white and cheesy? Look in her mouth and see if there is any white stuff coating her throat. She may have a yeast infection. The med for it is this. https://www.jedds.com/shop/medistatin/

Without seeing a photo of the poop and what her butt looks like, this is only a wild guess, though.
