Chickens usually only lay when they are in good health and condition and enough nutrition is going into them to provide excess to produce eggs. Your girl has probably not been feeling up to eating much with her breathing being laboured so it would be surprising if she was laying. You may find the shells have a ridge around the circumference when she does start laying again... I've found that with some of my girls.
She sounds stressed and providing the others are not licking on her when she is out with them, I would not isolate her. They have all been exposed to it by now, so the only reason to separate her would be for her own safety and comfort. She will burn more energy off pacing and fretting than if she was out foraging with them, so she will do better out. If she is not eating the scrambled egg, you can put a couple of drops directly into her beak being careful not to get it in her wind pipe. Even though it is not nutritionally good, I find a piece of bread or cake will tempt them to eat when they turn their nose up at most other stuff, so try the drops on that if you haven't already.
Pleased to hear she is looking and breathing a bit better though. Hope it continues.
Regards
Barbara
