Pop doors

I just finished my pop door. I took two pieces of 1x4 and off set them for my track. I then used two pulleys and put the chain on the outside of the run. Works very well. My seven y/o tested it for a good hour......up...down...up...down.

I was thinking has anyone ever used a cat flap for a pop door, i need to fit a pop door to my coop and was thinking of using a cat flap but fitting it inside out so that i can lock it from outside.
