Pop Up Ads - Takeover Ads - Popup Advertising

I’m getting pop-ups every time I go to another BYC screen. Is that normal? I have an iPhone, everything is updated. And it only does it on BYC. It pops up right above my keyboard so you can’t see what the ad is unless you accidentally click on it when typing.

You should NOT be getting any popup ads on BYC.

For you (or anybody else) having this issue, we need as much info as possible to find and block these ads:

1. When did this start happening?
   
2. The browser version you are on, or the app you are using
3. If on your phone, which phone model you are using
4. A screenshot of the ad, and the exact time you saw the ad

We work with a bunch of advertising partners, like Google AdSense, so we need as much info as possible to try and isolate where the ad is coming from.

2. The browser version you are on, or the app you are using Safari, I’m not sure what browser version other than I know there aren’t any prompts to update it. I believe it’s set up to automatically update.
3. If on your phone, which phone model you are using iPhone 8
4. A screenshot of the ad, and the exact time you saw the ad
5. We work with a bunch of advertising partners, like Google AdSense, so we need as much info as possible to try and isolate where the ad is coming from.Anytime I open BYC on safari. But my browser is set to use google. Pop up blocker is on also. The ad is the black thing with the x right above my keyboard. So I don’t know what it even says on it.

So, the ad is behind the keyboard in a way where if the keyboard is closed out, you can then see the ad?

It started today or yesterday. I’m using the Safari app. I’m using an iPhone 8. I see a new ad every time I go to a new screen. I’ve seen Papa Johns, XBox, etc...
