We smoked one last weekend on my DH's new toy. And it came out so good. Notice the cut end where the cook had to have a taste.

look great i cant wait for some warmer weather to get out there and start smokin some meats. i just got all the block for my new walk in smoke house. its going to be 6x6 with 9ft ceiling. i have three smokers that i have built but i do a lot of kielbasa and the smoke house is a lot easier to keep the temp consistant. also i need the room. i usually smoke about 300lbs of kielbasa so it will cut down on my time.

Lets see the smoke house. Sounds great. any chance of you sharing that kielbasa recipe. I have not tried sausage making yet.
