Possible beak deformation?

Hi!
All my eggs had hatched except one so I candled it and saw movement! I poked a tiny hole in the air pocket and waited overnight. I could hear him chirping but no progress, so I chipped away a bit, unfortunately the air pocket was more to the side then the top and I caused a little bleeding

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

So what ended up happening? I would have advised that once they pip, they should be out within 24 hours, and if not, then they probably need help. A little bleeding, if you stopped, usually isn't deadly.
