Possible breed(s) of black chick

Trying to figure out what breed this black chick is. He is now about 7-8 weeks old. Came from some barnyard mix eggs that the feed store hatched out, so no clue what he could possibly even be. I got a group of 5 - 1 is a black sex-link pullet, 1 probable Australorp roo, 1 probable Australorp pullet, and 1 gray/blue pullet

He looks to have some barred heritage a few generations back.

The thing with black it, it's dominant over a lot of colors, so you can't always tell what could have been in the mix. Buff holds it's own with black, but a lot of the reds crossed with black just make a black bird.
