Possible broken toe? bird acting very strange Help!

My RIR keeps laying on her side and kicking with her one leg. The toe on her other leg is slightly bet off to the side, but It's always been that way. She's only about 2 weeks maybe? her tail feathers are about 2 1 1/2 inches long, i'm not really sure her age because I bought her already hatched and the store didn't know what day they hatched.

Please help, my daughter will be devastated if something happens to her.

Is she outside? Mine spasm like that when they are dust bathing and kick dust with one leg.
