Broken? loose wing? i contacted the breeder and they told me its a loose wing but in october it didnt look like this, not sure of how he couldve broken it and im very worried for him

If you feel the wing along the bone does it feel like their is a break?
And does he pull it away from pain when you feel it or does he not care?
