Possible Broody Hen

Sounds like she may be on the cusp of brooding.
They can go back and forth for a while before committing either way.
Don't stress about it too much, just observe.
Gather all eggs daily, only leaving any fakies in the nests.
Might think about a nest cover to close an hour before roost time and uncovering after dark when you lock up.
Get your broody breaker crate ready to go.
I don't put them in the crate until they've been on the nest day and night for 3 days.
ETA(well, at least until I became much more familiar with broody behaviors.)
That’s what i kind of gathered, she wasn’t fully broody but starting to be.

We’re pretty good with collecting everyday. I’m going to keep the cage i bought just incase!

Thank you!

x2. Some birds do go semi broody and that can last for just a short while, or go as long as a few weeks. Sometimes they fully commit, sometimes they don't.

Now, I choose to be more proactive with hens showing broody behavior, so I start breaking as soon as they obviously don't want to leave the nest (instead of waiting a few days) so about half the time I get the last egg in the tract laid inside the breaker. That's normal as that would've been the last egg added to their clutch. They generally won't lay again after that for anywhere from 2-4 weeks roughly. If you don't break them, add an additional 21-24 days give or take (which is the typical brooding period) before laying to resumes.

Hens going broody at the end of the laying season may not resume laying for the rest of the year.

She finally laid again!!!
