Possible Bumblefoot?

I have a hen whose foot is swollen between one of her toes. There appears to be a small blister and there is puss. The bottom of her foot looks fine, no blisters there. I'm not sure if this is bumble foot or what, but how should I go about treating this? It's nighttime so I can't really get pictures right now.

I know I said it was nighttime and I couldn't get pictures but I managed to get a decent couple.

Can you soak her feet in warm water, then clean them up really well and post new pictures?

Sorry for not doing this yesterday, I decided to wait to wash her off until today after I got home. At first I thought that just one of her feet were affected, but it is actually both. I got pictures, I hope these are better. Some of them are upside down, sorry about that.
