Possible bumblefoot

To me it appears that there is still infection in there. When you feel that spot on the webbing between the toes, can you feel anything in there?
If so, I would try first by resoaking to soften up the bottom, remove the black stuff, and clean it out again. Squeeze that area in the webbing towards the bottom, to work out any pus that is still in there. The pus will be white or creamy colored to pale yellow, and firm. Flush it out well. Sometimes it can take a fair amount of manipulation and pressure to work it loose. An oral syringe works good for flushing. Use tweezers if you can see stuff that won't squeeze out. There may be a small amount of bleeding, shouldn't be a huge amount. That can be stopped with pressure. If you can still feel anything in that area after all that, then you may need to lance from the top as well.

Okay. Yeah I lanced the blister yesterday and couldn't get anything but blood out. I pulled on the black yesterday and it started to bleed pretty good. So the black is the infection?

Some of that may be scab, hard to tell in a picture. The picture of the top of the foot looks like there is some white/cream under the skin which looks like pus, and still some swelling there. Going by pictures is helpful, but not the same as being able to see and feel the foot myself.
If you have cleaned it all out again, then I would apply your ointment and bandage and give it a few days to see how it does. If it seems to be regenerating again, then you will have to retreat. At that point I would be inclined to use the sugardine I mentioned in my first post above. I had to clean out my birds foot twice, then I used sugardine. Pack the wound with it and bandage as usual. I'm 2 1/2 to 3 weeks in on mine and it's healing up now. If it's all cleaned out then the swelling should go down slowly, and it will heal up. A normal scab looks more brown than black and will slowly get smaller, usually coming off at the edges first. In the middle where it's deepest, will take longer to heal up.

Gotcha. I'll keep working on it. Is it okay to soak the foot in Epsom salt now that I have lanced the blister on top? (That was yesterday.) Is this the correct Betadine? Betadine Antiseptic First Aid Solution, Povidone-iodine 10%, Infection Protection, Kills Germs In Minor Cuts Scrapes And Burns, No Sting Promise, No Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide, 8 FL OZ https://a.co/d/61MP8k2

Yes, that betadine is the correct thing. Lots of brands, most pharmacies carry it also. It's fine to soak in epsom salts, just make sure everything is dry before bandaging. The epsom salts can help with swelling and pain.

I put sugardine on my hens foot today and bandaged it up. Do I need to do that everyday until it's healed or can I leave it wrapped up for a day or two before changing?

Try every other day, see how that goes. If needed go to every day, or the opposite every couple of days, until you see healing. Every foot is a little different. Sometimes pus will continue to form for a while, so you may have to clean that out again, with consistent treatment that will eventually stop. My last bird only took about a week for it to stop, I had a really, really bad one once that took several weeks to really start healing.

Okay. I'll look at it tomorrow. The bottom of her foot looked pretty good yesterday just the top blister I'm not too sure about. I'm sure the Sugardine is helping either way.

Update. I feel like her foot is healing pretty well. I have been soaking it in Epsom salt and applying Sugardine to it then wrapping every other day. It's going to take a while to heal completely.

Update. Left her foot wrapped for a few days. Unwrapped it today to find a bit of puss connected to the scab on the top of her foot where the blister was. I didn't take a before photo but this is what it looks like after. It didn't bleed when the scab and puss came out, there was just a big hole, it only started to bleed when I squeezed a bit more to make sure I got it all out.
