Possible chance of winning with these bantams?

I have a pair of Wheaton Old English Game Bantams. They will be shown separately. Im wondering if they will possibly do good in a county fair. They will be shown as small rooster, small hen breeds. Just wondering if they would place(6 places in each small rooster and six possible places in small hen)thank you!!!

Kind of hard to tell from the pictures. I can't see any obvious dq's other than the rooster not being dubbed.

Depends more on what else is being shown.
If only six birds are in the class of course you'll win something.

The rooster would be DQ if the judge goes by ABA rules.

Depends on the show. OP stated county fair. Our county fairs won't DQ anything. I've seen breeds win that were listed as the wrong breed.
But yes at a serious show he would need to be dubbed (its not to late to be done) but the hen wouldn't be so she could easily play high if there's little or no competition.

That's what I've heard as far as county fairs. We don't have any in my area so I've never been to one. Just regular ABA/APA shows.

I have heard that if the rooster is under a year old, he doesn't have to he dubbed. Is that true?

I looked up what dubbing was. It was a procedure done for cock fighting and dubbing is illegal in all states. So how could a show require it?

That's true but at an APA or ABA show you won't see one not dubbed.
