Possible cocci, no corid on hand, anything I can do?

My one week old chick has been very lethargic for the last couple hours. She seemed fine 4 hours ago, I noticed she was sleepy around 2 hours ago and when I checked her just now she seems very sleepy. No other symptoms. She is not on medicated feed and I do not have corid here or nutri-drench. I can get some first thing in the morning if she lives that long

Is there anything I can do in the meantime?
