Possible consteipation or worm problem. Need Help

I just found one of my about 21 week old BOs dead in the run. No predator attack. I checked her body and there are no bite marks. I just recently cleaned everything, so I have no idea what it could be. I checked her vent and it was covered in poop and maggots??? Not sure what they were but it was basically a ton of little small yellow worms all over her vent. I dont want it spreading if it is a parasite, so I could please use some help. I also am adding a photo. Image may be disturbing to some.

Flies will lay eggs on soiled vents, and it can create fly strike, where maggots can get up inside and kill a chicken. If you notice this on any others trim feathers and keep the are free of poop and debris. Sorry for your loss. Here are some threads about fly strike:
