Does she still have a lot of mucous from the nostrils? Coughing, wheezing, etc.?

Tylan 50 injectable can be given orally or by injection at a dose of 0.2 ml per pound of weight twice daily for 5 days

How much does she weigh?
You can give the Tylan50 by mouth or by injection. Injection would need to be given 1/4" deep into the breast muscle. Don't give behind the neck.

It would be better to give it by mouth.

We all agreed by mouth. Theres no way I can stab my roo. He will kill me. They all have clogged noses today. They cant even sneeze. It smells like rotten meat. She only does a weird weeze when she sticks her head in her feathers. My roo has never been picked up before so I dont know most of their weights.

Tylan50 is an antibiotic. It is commonly used to treat secondary infections associated with respiratory disease, but it's not a cure or vaccine.
