My hen, Honey, presented with sneezing, snot bubbles, and now has foamy, bubbly eyes. I contacted my vet and she’ll be started on antibiotics tomorrow.

I noticed these droppings tonight?! Is this normal cecal droppings, early signs of coccidosis?

No. An occasional yellow poop is not a sign of coccidiosis. While these types of yellow poop aren't exactly common, when they occur one day and not the next, they mean nothing. But if these yellow poops regularly replace normal brown, solid poop with the white urate "flag", then you may assume something may be going on that requires attention.

Something somewhat similar are cecal pouches which are yellow and associated with coccidiosis. These are more tissue-like than poop-like, though, not related to the yellow foamy poop we see on occasion. https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...cretion-coccidia.1270073/page-3#post-20411550
