My 15 week old Orpington is moving slow this morning and sneezing quite a bit, with some slight swelling around her left eye, and I'm guessing it's a respiratory thing. (I live in SE Pennsylvania and coryza is pretty widespread here.) Video attached.
I have Liquamycin 200 and Denegard 12.5 on hand - what would be your first choice for treatment? Any guidance on dosage and delivery method would be appreciated.
I'm setting up my infirmary right now so I can isolate her. I have five other hens and will be keeping an eye on them as well.

Do you see any bubbles or foam in the eye? How long have you had the hens, and where did they come from? MG or mycoplasma is more common than coryza, but both are chronic respiratory diseases that are never cured. Denagard and oxytetracycline can treat symptoms of MG. @FluffyButtBabies has given the dosage for LA 200. It is given as an injection 1/4 inch deep into the breast muscle once every 3 days. The Denagard goes in the water. It taste ps bad, so some flavor the water with jello. I have not used either medicine, but here is a link for Denagard dosage:
