Possible Coryza?

I have a flock of over 100 birds, a lot of time and money has gone into these birds. We have a few experiencing a swollen eye, only on one side. I treated the entire flock with oxytetracycline (1cc per gallon water) for 5 days, then seperated the ones showing symptoms and I'm continuing treatment for 14 days, with vitamins and minerals supplemented.
If It Is coryza, does that mean I need to cull? And would I only cull those showing symptoms? And then what can i use to disinfect? I have freerange birds. I am pretty sure we bought a bird that was a carrier and had no idea. I have no poultry vet, but I am heartbroken. What are the chances it's only a respiratory infection and not coryza?

There are a number of respiratory diseases from viruses, bacteria, and mold fungus. The two that are know to cause the swollen eye with drainage are Mycoplasma (MG) and infectious coryza. MG usually isn’t as severe, and you may see bubbles or foam in one eye. Coryza stinks, is much more prone to causing pus filled swollen eyes and thick yellow mucus from the beak and nostrils. Both diseases will make carriers of the whole flock, even though only some may show symptoms. I would cull for coryza, but MG is so common in wild birds and backyard flocks, I would treat it with Tylosin from Jedds.com or Denagard found online. If it is coryza, sulfa antibiotics are more effective. Those include sulfadimethoxine or Albon, or SMZ TMP / bactrim. For any very sick birds with complications, cull them and take the body, kept cold to your state vet lab for testing and a necropsy. They can tell you what they have in a few days. Close your flock, and don’t rehome any. Sorry that you are dealing with this issue. Here is some good reading on MG:
