Possible dilemma

So today I notice my biggest hen a buff Orpington has the same feathers missing as the favaucana. Same reddish wound area just not as large. What cos be going on? I checked all my other birds and they're fine, I just went out and inspected the coop for mites and nothing I could see. Could these two have been fighting and then the others just started pecking at bare skin? Should I bring them to the vet? And do you think they'll make it? I treated them both with Blu Kote twice today
