Possible Dislocated Joint

Oh, she'll sit there for a while. Today I think it was about 20 minutes before she started getting restless and I was having trouble keeping her from drinking it. In the tub now.

This morning, she wasn't limping as much until I brought them all out of the pen, so I may actually decide to keep her inside because use seems to be exacerbating the issue - whatever that issue is. She can still use it, itch herself with it, stuff like that. Just not walk on it.

I noticed something else just now. It almost looks like she's holding it out. While her right leg is pretty much under her, the left one comes out a little, up next to her. So off to the side a bit, up, and back. Yeah, I think it got pulled out of place somehow.

Okay, she's holding it up. She's basically trying to use it as little as possible.
I have hope for her. Take it slow and steady.

By the way, I am having some "wing" problems myself this week, so my responses have been spotty. But Epsom salts, Tiger Balm, herb teas, and no sweets or grains seem to be helping. Ducks have taught me so much about being proactive when there is a problem.

I can't decide if she should stay outside, or if I should bring her in. Using it does seem to be exacerbating the issue, but I also don't want to stress her out, because that would make it worse, too.

Have we tried bringing her in with a buddy yet?

Sometimes that works. Go with your best instincts on this.

Maybe you can give her a small pen within a pen during the day.

Alright, here's another update.

She only seems better after a soak+float session, but overall, I don't think she's getting any better. Still limping quite a bit. I do think she's in pain.

I tried to bring her and Nyx in, but it didn't work out. They were both very stressed and were trying to find ways back outside. May just keep Pyrrhos, since she's usually okay with it as long as we're not bothering her.
