Possible Duckling Deformity?

Oatmeal’s eye has been opening wider and looking better today, but I also noticed a white dot in her eye. I thought it might be goop and tried to gently wipe it, but it’s not goop. I’ve heard of corneal abrasions in ducks but I’m not sure if that’s what this is, and if this is something I should be concerned about?

That's great news! I'd keep doing what you are doing with the bathing and the gel. I would bet that over the next few days she'll be all better. great job!

How is Oatmeal's eye looking now?

About the same, but she’s not having any more discharge from her eye thankfully. It’s open but definitely not as wide as the other eye. It doesn’t seem to bother her though, she eats/drinks just fine and is getting spunkier by the day! I’ve eased off the gel, it seemed like it was starting to bother her more than it was helping.
