Possible egg bound hen?

I have a chicken who is acting strange, i have narrowed down the possibilities, and think she is either egg-bound or broody. She has not laid an egg in 2 days, and spends all of her time in the nesting box. If i take her down she acts normal, exxept for a stange incessant clucking noise. This is my first flock, they are slightly over a year old, but i have only owned them for about 6 months. Any help is appreciated, i really don't know what to do.

Does she stay in the nesting box at night? What does her poop look like?

It sounds like she is broody to me!

If she's making that clucking noise she's broody.

She stays in the nesting box at night, she is not sitting on eggs most of the time, and i'm not sure about her poop, i'm not home most of the day and the people who are dont pay much attention to my chickens.

I assumed she was broody, but she hasnt laid an egg in two days, i didnt think that was normal.
