Possible feed issue???

View attachment 3164900if my feed doesn't come with this, I don't trust it! I am curious if a feed can be so different it causes aggression though, are there any other possible factors?

If the 3 pics load correctly, 01 is the starter feed I WAS giving them and 02 is the Layer feed. 03 is the new Layer feed that the grain elevator makes and is the only tag I get with the feed. The starter feed has no tag with it. I just emailed Purina to see if they can tell me what is wrong with their feed. The elevator I get the feed from is a Purina grain elevator.

The other big thing that I've noticed is the new feed is a LOT more powdery and has a lot of partially crushed corn in it that my birds can't eat.
