I have an 11 month old buff rooster that has a patch of black in the middle of his comb on both sides. It has gotten pretty cold lately, low 20's, upper teens, so I'm wondering if it is frostbite. The middle of the comb just seems like a weird place for frostbite. I have some pictures, but I can try to get better ones if need be...he doesn't like me getting close to him with a strange object lol. If this is frostbite, is there anything I should be worried about, especially since it is in the middle? Thanks!
