Possible gape worm

Hello everyone
I have bought these hens few days ago.I have treated them with all sorts of antibiotics but in vain.Today morning they couldn't move I have treated them with .2mg ivermectin and levamisole 8 mg .

There heads are shaking constantly and body is paralyzed.is there any other possible disease.kindly update

Paralyzed makes me question if it could be Mareks. Did you ever find out what it was?
