I'm considering the possibility that my turkey hen has a sinus infection, but I'm not certain because from pictures I've seen it doesn't appear to be a case. Instead of her sinus being swollen, it's collapsed.
I've highlighted the area because it's hard to see and get good lighting while trying to make her keep her head still.
Only that one side is deflated. Her other cheek looks perfectly fine.
She's been sneezing nonstop, but I can't tell if it's her regular sneezing or a sign of something more serious. She's been having sneezing problems for a long time because she was kicked by a horse a few months ago, but she finished her antibiotics and medicine quite a while ago now and the vet said she'll be fine but I don't feel too certain.
