Possible Infectious Coryza?

Hi Everyone! Two-fold question here -

1. Looking for a good recommendation of an online poultry veterinarian. Any good experiences to share? As I am googling, some seem very scam-like.

2. I have noticed a lot of my flock (17 total, ages 3-4 months) seem bald around their eyes. Their skin is red and they don't have a lot of feathers in that area. I also noticed in picking them up recently that some of them seem a little light. I can really feel their breast bone. They are young, so not full grown. However, I'm suspecting Infectious Coryza. I included some pictures.

For reference - I feed a super high quality, all organic, non-gmo freshly milled custom feed mix. It's awesome and I've used it over 10 years. I'm part of a co-op and we buy our grains wholesale and have them milled to custom feed recipes based on protein levels for chicks, pullets, laying hens, etc. I have also supplemented with nutritional yeast recently in case it was a deficiency.

Pictures included for reference. I appreciate any recommendations for poultry vets online and opinions on what this could be.

Photos in order are:
Blue Australorp 1 - suspect infection
Blue Australorp 2 - looks pretty healthy still
Chocolate Orpington - suspect infection (Yes there are small white things. No, not mites. It's dead skin.)
Partridge Penedesenca - suspect infection

I have checked them for mites and other pests. They have lots of good dust bathing time and clean fresh water too.

Thanks so much for looking!

Have you ever had ocular Mareks in your flock? At least the first 3 chickens have eyes that look like it. Do you know if they could have been pecked in the eyes? Can they see very well? Are they having problems seeing food? What do the other eyes look like? I don’t see any signs of coryza. Those would include swollen eyelid, thick yellow nasal drainage, cough, and a bad odor from the beak. One looks to have a sunken eye appearance which may be common with MG. In this link you will see a case of ocular Mareks with an irregular pupil of one eye.

No, I have not had this in my flock before now. Additionally, these are all new/young chickens I purchased as day old chicks and I am at a new home. The previous owners did not have chickens and were here for several years. No neighbors bordering my property have chickens (so, for several acres in all directions there is no poultry) .

They all seem to see very well. They eat frequently and I see them catching bugs daily. They all act happy and normal, dust bathing, snuggling, preening, preening each other, scratching, etc.

Thanks for the link. Shoot, if it is Mareks - is my whole flock a goner?

They have had this missing feather situation near the eyes for some time now. I'm going to check pictures to see how young. Thanks so much for your questions and thoughts.
