Possible internal laying?

I have been battling vent gleet for around 6 months now. I think my poor hen has an internal laying problem. She is a sapphire gem.

So far I have tried
IM antibiotics and antibiotics from the vet
Garlic
Acidified copper sulfate
lotrimin cream in the vent
Epsom salt baths

Nothing has really worked.

She laid eggs for a while, but occasionally dropped rubber eggs. She eats, drinks and passes stool fine and seems to be relatively okay.

She constantly has an opaque watery discharge from her vent and her bum is crusted with white pasty residue 1 day after an epsom salt bath.

Her abdomen is squishy with a hard mass in the center that feels like grapes. It leads me to believe that she has solidified yolk inside. I think is is swollen. What do you think? I have sadly considered culling her, but I am unsure since she doesn't seem to be in distress.

You guys know anything on this? Or anyone that could help? We had a chicken that had nearly this exact problem (same breed too). It did resolve eventually, she pooped a bunch of broken eggshell pieces, the only thing we were doing was giving her apple cider vinegar and epsom salt baths.

You guys know anything on this? Or anyone that could help? We had a chicken that had nearly this exact problem (same breed too). It did resolve eventually, she pooped a bunch of broken eggshell pieces, the only thing we were doing was giving her apple cider vinegar and epsom salt baths.

How long did it take? I feel like I am fighting a losing battle

She was up and down for about three weeks, but she was old and already had problems to begin with.

It does sound like she has a reproductive disorder that may eventually kill her. Many times we don’t know until after death when we can do a necropsy on the body, or have your state vet do one. Antibiotics may not help this far along, and might make vent gleet worse. Does she get layer feed and have access to crushed oyster shell for egg shells? Have you tried using antifungal cream on her raw vent area? Nustock cream is also good. I would consider putting her down if she starts to suffer.

Yes, I used lotrimin. But it isn't a "zole" anti-fungal. Does the abdomen look swollen?

I had her on oyster shell for a while and it actually had her laying good eggs, but they were very big and causing her to bleed on the egg.
