Ok so after some digging I think our main roo is an Isa brown. Is it normal for them to be mostly white? Trying to figure out what the eggs I have in the incubator could be mixed with. All our hens are either light or dark brahmas.

Well, Isa Brown is one of many names for the cross: red sex link. Hens/Pullets are mostly red with white wing and tail feathers. The roosters/cockerels are the opposite; mostly white with some red.
There's another version of sex link that uses buff, and they call them 'amberlinks'. I believe that's what you have here.
