Guesses Please!....

They both look like bots to me too. I know that with roosters the more dominant will crow long before the other, so maybe that's it.

How do you like emus, if you don't mind me asking. I have only read and studied them , never owned one myself

I absolutely adore them. One in the first pic is so friendly and will come up to you and lay his head on your shoulder and just let you pet the crap out of him/her. The other one is more stand off ish. Still will let you pet it but not as tame. Since we have had them there have been no casualty's on the farm except for when they decide to cause it. lol I have seen them chase the wild birds and literally catch one in the air and kill it and sometimes they eat it or just sling it. They are very very very territorial birds. So they also keep strangers out. On the bad side of it they love to be mischevious in everything!!!!! Always have to have their beaks in what ever you are doing. And they love to pester the dogs on the other side of the fences or the goats. You either love them or not. I wouldnt take anything for them they are so much entertainment.

Oh wow! Sounds like my kind of animal! I heard dome one say once, not very good pets but wonderful companions. That sounds like it might be applicable here! Thanks for telling me about them!
