1) What type of bird , age. Mille Fluer Duccle, 6 weeks old
2) What is the behavior, exactly. Standing off to herself, fluffed up, not interested in food, not drinking, diarrhea, occasionally will stand upright and have neck and head twitches/convulsions, eyes twitch, and have problems focusing from time to time. For one week prior she went to sleep with an empty crop and I hand fed her.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? One day, started 06/28/20
4) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No
5) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. Nothing.
6) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. I have been hand feeding her parrot formula since last night
7) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. Watery, with lots of urea and little poop
8) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Hand feeding, gave a dose of Tylan this morning, has been on a preventative dose of Corrid her entire life.
9 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? Will try and treat myself, will not consider vet bills.
10) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help. No injury
11) Describe the housing/bedding in use 4 chicks in a large container with hay bedding

It is possible that she has some neurological problem. Can you get some droppings tested by a local vet for coccidiosis. If you suspect coccidiosis it is best to give the maximum dosage. But it probably isn’t good to keep her on the preventative dosage for 6 weeks. That might cause a vitamin B1 thiamine deficiency. I would treat her with 400 IU of vitamin E and give her 1/4 tablet of vitamin B complex crushed into food or a little water daily. That may help her neurological symptoms.
