Possible mosaic gynandromorph?

Ok I know I posted before and I was sure my chicken was a hen...now I really am baffled. My Dusty looks like it could be a rooster but also a hen. I know it's not common but I've never seen this before. Usually by 4-5 months I can tell who is going to be what but Dusty acts and behaves like a hen. Dusty is afraid of all the other girls and is very timid. But Dusty is already the same size..maybe even bigger than my year old Orpingtons. I dont know her breed other than the dad was a English Orpington. It has sharp pointy feathers on the neck but also rounded ones. It's getting what looks like saddle feathers but also has a rounded appearance like a hen. No crowing and no eggs yet. I'm seriously not sure now. Please help! Pardon the mess in the pictures my older girls are molting and I've been holding out cleaning their pen too often cause I'm having to pick up soo many feathers lol

Dusty looks like a young immature rooster that's probably unsure of himself. Bigger roosters, especially Orpingtons take longer to mature.

Will roosters do the squat thing too? Done it a few times so like I said this ones confusing me lol

Yes. It's rare but it does happen. I agree that it is a cockerel.
