My EE developed a swollen face and watery eyes yesterday. At first the water was foamy on one side but the bubbles subsided. The stores were closed when I noticed it so all I could do was add erythromycin ointment to her eyes yesterday. Today, her bad eye is better but her better eye is worse. Symptoms now are, swollen face around eye (sinuses I believe), very watery eyes and I started to notice some noise when she was breathing (no coughing or sneezing). Listless and having a hard time seeing, she's bumping into everything. Not much of an appetite but drinking a lot. No smell so not thinking coryza. I brought her in and she did lay an egg in the crate and it's in perfect shape.I have three chickens and two chicks. (The chicks are about two months old and were quarantined for over a month before introducing them, but they still could be how this happened. Neither show any signs of illness). One of my other chickens has one swollen eye but no discharge or any other symptoms at all. These are all pets, so no culling will be done. We could care less about eggs, meat or anything like that and I'm at my maximum capacity so we will not be getting anymore.
Anyway, I went to the store this morning so now I have Duramycin in the water for everyone as it looks like it might be spreading and I injected her with 1cc of Oxytetracycline. I would have gotten the Tylan but they only had the large bottle which was $50 and I couldn't spend that, as much as I wanted to. I did research as much as possible so it looks like these other two are okay for it as well though.
My question is, is there any more I can do for her? Is that what it is? Could it be something else that I would need to treat differently? I hope these pics help somewhat as well. I can't tell anything about droppings as I haven't seen her have any and there isn't any in the crate either.

The oxytetracycline belongs to tetracycline family and the erythromycin is a macrolide. Both are very effective against mycoplasma , pneumonia and streptococci , just to name a few. These drugs are used to combat gram positive bacteria ,( mycoplasma )
