Possible Peritonitis??? Lethargic hen with yellowish/clear diarrhea

We've recently moved from Kansas to Oklahoma, been here just at a month now. So far- everything was going well. Today I noticed my 2yr old EE lethargic, tail down and somewhat puffed feathers. We have sandy soil, their coop and run is shaded, temps mid 80s to mid 90s. I'm not exactly sure when she last laid an egg. She's drinking and I added electrolytes to her water and have her separated from the others. Poor appetite. She's always been thinner than the rest, I can't tell if she's any lighter. No signs of mites, crop feels normal and abdomen feels ok- I did not do an egg bound scenario check ....yet. Here is her droppings. I've not found a local avian vet. We live in Norman Ok rural area

The symptoms you describe could be Egg Yolk Peritonitis. If you can get her seen by a vet and have a sample of her poop tested for Coccidiosis, worms and bacterial infection that would be best.
