Possible Pox?

Help Needed! My 1 young roo (7ish weeks) has these sores on their face. At first I though that it was just getting picked on by the dominant roo but now its getting bad. There was foam in his eyes but he shook it out. I have asked somebody and they said it could be mosquitos or chicken pox. Could somebody please advise as to what this could be and possible solutions.
