I have a Pygmy goat I am unsure if she is pregnant. I got her on Christmas and he belly has been growing. It is hard to the touch. She did live with a buck. Also I have heard about the pooch test but I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking at. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hopefully these pictures help

I'm in the same boat. We have a spanish-mix doeling and a smaller dwarf nigerian buck. We knew she was in heat but because he's littler than her he never was able to "do the deed". It's been so incredibly cold lately that we haven't been spending much time outside other than the absolute minumum on farm chores. Both goats and both sheep seem a lot wider in winter, so we didn't think much about her size. But this afternoon, we noticed she seems to have a milk sac and udders. So perhaps the little guy accomplished his mission afterall. Now we have to figure out WHEN we should expect a little addition to the farm.
