Possible ripped out claw?

Was checking on my flock who had just gone in to roost, and saw blood on board. My hen, Fiona, has some type of injury to her back claw. I washed it with chlorohexidene and she is inside with me now. It is still bleeding and its been an hour at least. So we are thinking we should wrap it. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you!

Looks as if a spur has been knocked off. She'll be fine.

Thank you! I wrapped it and she is back on the roost. It's still bleeding, but I will che k on her in a bit.
