Possible roosters?

What kind of roosters are these 2

the bottom is most likely Welsummer the one one top not sure does it have feathered legs

The first rooster has darker feet and small feathers growing the feed store told me they where both blk copper marans but the second rooster definitely looks like a welsummer

From these photos, they look more like mixed breeds. The first one looks most like a Marans, but I don't think the coloring is quite right and I can't really see what color his skin is. Are his legs white or yellow?
The second is definitely a mix.

The first ones feet are white the second ones feet are dark

oh if supposely Welsummer has white skin might as well be a mixed breed
