my rooster's dad was a Wheaten Ameraucana, and his mom was a Barred Rock. When he was a chick, he was grey with a white spot. He is now grey and barred. Here he is:
The hens parent stock was the same wheaten ameracauna rooster and an Easter egger hen. Here she is:
Here are the little chicks that I suspect may be boys. They are all a grey tint with a yellow dot on their head:
And here are the chicks I suspect to be girls. They came out all blonde with light patterns.
What do you think? Could they be sexlinked? Because of the extensive mixing of breeds, I'm not sure if getting sex-links would even be possible!
