possible Sick HEN need help

I have four Hens and 1 of the hens lately has developed a spot on the wing that no longer has any feathers it is about 1"x2". I was worried about her but then noticed last night that when the four hens were getting on the roost the one with the missing feathers was being pecked by all of the other Hens. I don't know if I have to put her in her own coop until the feathers grow back. Any information on why the other three hens would really be picking on this hen would be greatly appreciated. I will get pictures of her wing today.

I tend to think that they pick on the weaker ones. Nice huh? Coulds she be molting? At any rate I would separate her from the others before she gets bloody, and it gets bad.
