Possible Sour Crop HELP

My poor Rock is SICK! She's been hiding in the coop for 2 days. I forced her out this afternoon and omg I'm scared. Her crop is mushy like really soft clay. Her comb is purple and fallen over.

I tried to get her to vomit and a tiny little bit of orange mucus came out but I can't get her to actually vomit. Also, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

Sorry for your loss. It may have been something other than her crop. Whenever I have had a dying chicken, they will sometimes have a slowly-emptying crop. This happens with many diseases or illnesses. Worms, gizzard impaction, intestinal diseases, and egg binding , egg yolk peritonitis, as well as crop problems can cause her type of behavior.
