Possible Throat Issue?

I have a Barnvelder that is about 7-8 months old. She eats and pecks around and all the normal stuff but she stretches her neck out with her mouth open alot. She also makes a noise like she is trying to clear her throat? Anyone have any thoughts on this? I think maybe she isn't laying either. She started laying and I am pretty sure I could point out her eggs from the others but then I after a short period I don't think I have seen them anymore. Thanks in advance. BT

Have you checked her for Gape worm?
