Thanks everyone Thomas is doing really well and her crop seems to be cleared After reading the forum (i searched on impacted crop) I tried making her vomit but it didn't work.

Looks like the olive oil did the trick along with some massage.

In case anyone's interested I found this video

on you tube of a guy holding the chicken upside down to make it vomit.

I think I'll keep her on the yoghurt and water for today and see how she goes. The walking seems to be better too!

I have learnt so much in the last 6 months just by reading all the posts on here. So much knowledge in one place is so good to have.

Careful with making them spit up. It can be very dangerous. I do not remember why... Something about it getting in the lungs.

Thanks for that info! The oil did the trick anyway so I think that would be the first thing I did if it happens again
