Was watching the hatch, & as soon as it came out - I noticed red tissue at the vent area ! It's less than an hour old . What can I Do to successfully help this chick?

Sorry forgot to post pic

Welcome to BYC. Could that be an unabsorbed yolk sac or the navel/umbilicus? See if you can locate the tail and see if the vent is clear. You can apply some Betadine to a yolk sac to help it dry up, or some antibiotic ointment or vaseline to a prolapse.

I have had one that had unabsorbed yolk sack & this is red tissue - is it ok to get it out of incubator? Antibiotic ointment (no pain relief) is the correct thing to use ? It's my 2nd hatchling of my 1st hatching . I appreciate your willingness & quick responses! Thank you!

If you have honey or can make a paste of sugar and a couple of drops of water, or hydrocortisone cream or vaseline, any applied may help keep the prolapse from drying out until it can go back inside. The honey and sugar can reduce swelling. I would remove it if it is dry, but make sure other chicks can’t peck it. Are there others still in the incubator? Honestly I am not an authority on hatching chicks. Here is a thread similar with good results:
