Possible vitamin deficiency due to lice?

Good morning chicken peeps! I'm hoping you can help me. My 6 month old Polish pullet started walking funny on Sunday and seems to be struggling to walk for any amount of time. Her right foot seems to be curling and she will walk a bit if I nudge her, but then sits back on her hocks and lays down. It looks like both legs are struggling a bit to hold her up, but only the right foot is curling. I've been hand feeding her so she will eat and placing her next to the water so she will drink. She has gotten up for treats, but again, wont stand or walk for long. I discovered on Saturday that she had lice and they were pretty bad. Her behavior started prior to being treated with Permethrin, so I dont believe it is that. She hasn't gotten worse, but hasnt gotten better either. I'm wondering if the lice possibly caused a vitamin deficiency. What do you all think? I gave her eggs with some B12 yesterday and this morning gave her nutridrench. I've moved her legs and checked for oddities or warmth and felt nothing She is def not eggbound, I checked for that. Her poop is good and then brown and runny. She is one of my favorites who lets me hold her, so I really hope I can figure this out. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like possible neurological problems or Marek's disease.
It's good that you got rid of the lice.

B12 is just cobalamin and Poultry Nutri-Drench does not contain many b vitamins or B2 (Riboflavin).

You can try giving her vitamin therapy to see if that helps.
You can us human vitamins - check WalMart or CVS, etc.

Vitamin E (400IU) and 1/2 tablet B-Complex daily. A little daily treat of egg would be good too.
Do what you can to keep her hydrated and let us know how she's getting along.

Thank you! I'm trying to stay positive and hope it's not Marek's. I will for sure keep you all posted.
